During power outages, the toilet supports blackout flush: Long press the side flush button to clean the bowl. Only the flush function works during a power outage. The auto opening can be turned on/off by remote. Long press the "open/close lid" button if you don't need this function.

If you receive a broken toilet, you can contact DeerValley directly by email and send a picture of the damaged toilet. They will reply within 24 hours to confirm whether it needs to be reissued or refunded. The damaged toilet does not need to be returned.
