The Actuator Plate fits with all Swiss Madison concealed wall carriers for use with our wall hung and back to wall toilets, featuring two buttons for dual flush compatibility.

The 2X4 In-Wall Toilet Tank Carrier is to be installed on 4" studs, providing easy access to the plumbing system through the removable flush plate. With the water tank in the wall, the Wall-Hung Toilet saves space in your bathroom and is aesthetically pleasing in design. When installing the In-Wall Tank Carrier System, adjust the carriers' legs to achieve the desired height level.
